This is a US Air Force 95th A&E Squadron patch
It measures approx. 2 1/2" x 4 1/8"
There is no plastic coating on the back.  There is a staple dent on the side of the patch where someone affixed it to an index card.  Someone wrote on the back but it didn't bleed through to the front.
